How much is your commission?
Our fees start from 4% of the sale price, and you pay nothing unless your property sells.
Which documents will I need?
Usually your title deeds (escritura), the latest IBI receipt, the energy performance certificate and a certificate of community fees — plus the first occupation licence for newer homes. We'll help you gather anything that's missing.
I'm non-resident. Are there extra taxes when I sell?
When the seller is non-resident, the buyer withholds 3% of the price and pays it to the tax office on account of your capital gains tax. There is also the municipal plusvalía tax. Your lawyer will calculate the exact figures.
Can you sell my home while I live abroad?
Yes. Many of our sellers live abroad. We hold the keys, carry out the viewings and keep you updated by phone, email or WhatsApp.

We manage long-term rentals from start to finish — with no monthly management fee.
